MJ,

So very sad that you have passed away at 50, which is no age to go. I grew up with your music. You really were the King of Pop, such a legend and your music will live on in your memory. My thoughts and prayers go to your family, friends and fans.

Wow, I can't believe you are gone. I hope you finally get to rest in peace now. You were such a great and beautiful person. You will be missed by everyone. I wish they could have saved you. I wish that doctor who was with you would have immediately called 991 instead of wasting time. With a faint pulse there may have been hope. Its so sad. :(

Michael you made a big difference in my life. I'm 49 and white, but I remember trying to look like you in 7th grade. In 1988 I began a long journey to deal with child sexual abuse that I had experienced years before. "Man in the Mirror" had very special meaning for me then, and still does today. Your music helped me as I found the inner peace and spiritual understanding that was stolen from me as a child. I wish I could have given the same to you in return. Peace my brother, and thank you.

My condolences to the Jackson family and all who loved Michael.

Thank you God for loaning us Michael from heaven. He was able to spread your message of love and understanding through his music. I hope that people will retain this message after you took our angel back to your arms.

As a father I really feel for his children and the pain they must be feeling. I have many a fond memory while growing up, of watching Michaels' music videos on a Saturday morning. You will be sorely missed and remembered forever.

My fondest memory is of me saving all my birthday money to buy the red "Beat It" jacket when it came out. I wore that jacket all the time. Most loved it, some made fun. I didn't care. I KNEW it was awesome! :) I was 12 years old and I remeber it like it was yesterday. (it's actually been 25 years ago though!)

RIP Michael, like your brother said, "Now they will finally leave you alone." Watch over your children and give them the strength to get through this time of grief for them. Thank you for the kindness you gave us and for the amazing music...you will be missed, but NEVER forgotten :(

I'll eventually get over the pain of your death, but I fear I will never get over the pain that stabbed me deep in my heart when I heard your sweet daughter speak kindly of you before breaking down into tears.

I wanted so badly to hold her and your sons, tell them that they would be all right, and make their pain go away. We all will miss you, Michael. Say hello to my friend Chris up there--he died on Father's Day and I really miss him too.
